This policy explains how LeadSnap ("we", "us"), available at leadsnap.ae and through the LeadSnap Event Lead Capture app, handles information. By using LeadSnap you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, work email, company name, phone number, country and password (stored hashed).
• Lead data you capture: names, job titles, companies, emails, phone numbers, notes, visiting-card images, voice notes and answers to your own form questions. You control this data; we process it on your behalf.
• Usage and device data: IP address, browser and device type, push-notification tokens and activity logs used for security and support.
• Billing information: plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Camera, microphone and photos: only when you choose to scan a card or record a voice note in the app.

2. How we use information

• To provide the service: scanning cards, transcribing voice notes, rating leads, reminders and follow-ups.
• To send emails and WhatsApp messages you or your automations request.
• To manage accounts, subscriptions, invoices and support requests.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse and improve features.

3. AI processing

Card images and voice notes may be sent to third-party AI providers to extract text and generate summaries or lead ratings. They are used only to deliver these features to you.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run LeadSnap (hosting, email, WhatsApp messaging, AI processing, payments, push notifications), with other users in your own company account as you configure it, or when the law requires.

5. Your leads and your responsibilities

You are responsible for having a lawful basis, such as consent, to collect and contact the people whose details you capture, and for complying with applicable laws including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account is active. Deleted items move to the Trash and are removed permanently after the retention period. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, role-based access and optional two-factor sign-in. No system is completely secure, so please keep your credentials safe.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us below.

9. Children

LeadSnap is for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest revision.
